Yu replied, “First, of course, in order to quickly increase brand awareness; second, in order to break the traditional sales model of China's grinding industry, especially the small-scale knife grinder industry, from retail to wholesale, and to do a good channel service.”. Increase technical communication with customers on the premise of good channel service.”
Yu, who has been engaged in the industry for nearly 20 years, has been participating in all kinds of exhibitions from 2007 to 2019. Based on 13 years of experience in participating in exhibitions, he has conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Chinese and international smart manufacturing industry, march 2019 began to adjust the market operation mode, from retail to wholesale. Set up in the domestic regional agents, and to protect the reasonable profits of distributors, in the regional market will not set up a second agent, will not appear a second similar products. In Yu's opinion, the biggest weakness of taixing is that it has not been established for a long time. Despite nearly 20 years of production history, Taisheng Intelligent Equipment Co. , Ltd. was founded in October 2018, two years is not enough time to make the Taisheng Zhizao brand widely known.

“In order to continuously improve the quality of our products, we hire experts from Germany and Japan from time to time to provide technical guidance. Every time, we can improve the overall quality of our employees,” Yu told me. “Whether it's the employees' perception of the products or their requirements for product accuracy, there are fundamental changes.”.
At the same time, it has changed taixing's market analysis and positioning. Previously, it was designed and produced according to the standards of the Chinese market, but now it is completely in line with the standards of the European and n markets.”
